Each year the Jackson Center of Independent Living (JCIL) celebrates the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with what we call Another 4th of July because of the INDEPENDENCE the law has given people with disabilities. Our 2005 Celebration was THE BEST YET!
