Movable Ramp: A chair user has a lower-level patio too small to accommodate a regular ramp. A conventional ramp would cover most of the floor space of the patio and block an outside exit.

One idea is to hinge two sections of the ramp to a small, very heavy base. When not in use the ramp sections stand vertical and the base mounted on caster wheels can be rolled out of the way.
