The Jackson Generals Wheelchair Basketball Team was organized in 1997 and sponsored by the West Tennessee Rehabilitation Center . The Generals are a Division III team and are members of the Southern Conference. Wheelchair basketball is governed by NCAA rules, with a few minor exceptions. It is a fast-paced, highly competitive sport that is open to males and females with disabilities of any age. The Generals are two-time winners of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) Division...
